Join us for a half-day event to develop your skills in
with the LEGO® Serious Play® methodology and led by facilitator Emad Saif.
On the Day
LEGO® Serious Play® is a facilitated meeting, communication and problem-solving method, where participants are led through a series of questions, which go deeper and deeper. Each participant builds their own three-dimensional LEGO model in response to the facilitator’s questions using specially selected LEGO bricks. These 3D models serve as the basis for group discussion, knowledge sharing, problem solving and decision-making.
The workshop is split into multiple activities to constantly challenge individuals and teams to create “Aha” moments over the course of the day. There are three phases throughout the day:

10:30-10:45: Introduction to Lego® Serious Play®
10:45-11:30: SESSION I - Skill Building
11:30-12:30: SESSION II - Unlocking Deep Knowledge

13:00-14:00: SESSION III - Forming Shared Understanding
14:00-14:30: SESSION IV - Reflection and Conclusion

Emad Saif is a lecturer at the College of Business & Economics at Qatar University and is a certified facilitator in Lego® Serious Play®.
This event is hosted in partnership with the Oxford BioEscalator
The BioEscalator is a hub for new and developing life science innovations, with flexible lab space is available for small and growing biomedical science companies.
