Caitlin Clunie-O'Connor
Dr Caitlin Clunie-O’Connor recently completed her DPhil in Cardiovascular Medicinal Chemistry at the University of Oxford. Her research focused upon developing high throughput screening techniques to identify drug molecules that stimulate heart regeneration. Prior to her work at Oxford, Caitlin obtained an MChem in Chemistry with Medicinal Chemistry at the University of Manchester.
Caitlin is passionate about the application of technology to drive progress in the Life Sciences and Healthcare. In her spare time, she is co-founding ‘Sensyca’ an early stage start-up developing digital devices to support people suffering from severe food allergies.
