Emilie is an investment associate at Oxford University Innovation, where she is continuously engaged in the creation as well as the development of many early stage companies, evaluating businesses for growth and potential investment. Emilie manages a portfolio of 18 companies, sits on 5 boards, and has built relationships within the surrounding venture capital eco-system, providing deal flow on one hand and investment on the other.
Previously an academic researcher, over the past 14 years Emilie has worked closely with scientists and clinicians, co-ordinating research projects intersecting life sciences, engineering and med-tech in Germany, France and the UK. She has a deep knowledge of life sciences, healthcare, tech and AI.
Passionate about the commercialisation of scientific results, Emilie joined the Oxford branch of Innovation Forum in 2018 to help support, promote and inspire entrepreneurial scientists.
