Description

"Negotiation is the art of letting others have it your way"

Entrepreneur negotiation requires the management of: Ego, Technical Complexity, Uncertainty, and Relationships. This lecture explores how these factors tie to negotiation style, revenue, and venture funding.

Join us on Wednesday the 1st of March 2017 at 18:00 in Lecture Theatre 1 (Academic Centre, John Radcliffe Hospital) to hear from the Saïd Business School expert in the field, Ellen J., as she unveils the power of negotiation by:

· Using a novel questionnaire to diagnose own entrepreneur negotiation style

· Exploring how to create high value sustainable deals

· Getting new research insights on how gender, the role of the inventor, and negotiation style factor into entrepreneurial deal-making

The talk will begin at 18:00. After the seminar there will be an opportunity for networking, so whether you have an interest in innovation, possess skills or advice to offer to startups or are an establihed entrepreneur, we look forward to seeing you for what promises to be a fantastic evening.
